Q: Can you explain the different types of sessions?
A: A sample session is an opportunity to get to know each other! To tell me about yourself and your goals, then get a taste of coaching to experience for yourself what it has to offer you. A discovery session is our first coaching session where we explore what is truly important to you and the key components to you living a fulfilling life. A regular session follows the discovery session where we work on the key areas identified to achieve your goals. When was the last time you got to talk about YOU - your hopes and dreams, what you want out of life - openly, without judgement. Give coaching a try....you might just find it completely amazing!
Q: How many sessions do you recommend having?
A: It really depends on what you’re looking to achieve. Best results are seen having sessions once a week. I recommend this frequency when people are first starting out, are highly motivated to achieve results or are in a moment of crisis. After this initial stage, having sessions every 2-3 weeks is sufficient depending on your goals. I offer Starter Packages to new clients that provides two months of discounted coaching sessions to get you off to the right start and on your way to the life you want to live!
Q: Where do coaching sessions take place?
A: Coaching sessions can be done in person, over the phone or Skype/Facetime depending on your location and preference.
